The NC Courage announced the hire of Victoria Boardman as a full-time assistant coach for the 2023 NWSL season.

- The hire of Boardman makes her the fourth full-time assistant coach working alongside Nathan Thackeray, Emma Thomson and Fabrice Gautrat.
- Boardman’s previous experience includes helping the San Diego Wave FC to a playoff appearance in their inaugural 2022 National Women’s Soccer League season.
- She was also previously a head coach for BEACH Futbol Club in California.
- USSF A license in 2018
- UEFA B license in 2021
