- Telford play professional women’s soccer for 20 years. She played for various teams including: Sunderland, Leeds United, Charlton Athletic, Chelsea FC, Perth Glory, Notts County, Liverpool and San Diego Wave FC.
- She made 6 appearances and 18 saves for the Wave in their inaugural 2022 National Women’s Soccer League season.
- She won three Women’s Super League titles and 5 other titles with Chelsea.
- She earned 27 caps with England’s Women’s National Team and was part of three World Cup squads and Tokyo Olympics team.
