San Diego Wave FC (Fútbol Club) announced its preseason 25-player roster for the upcoming 2023 National Women’s Soccer League season.
- The core team will be returning for this season including: 2022 NWSL Golden Boot winner Alex Morgan, 2022 Rookie and Defender of the Year Naomi Girma and Kailen Sheridan the Goalkeeper of the Year.
- Free agents signed in the offseason include: Danielle Colaprico, Meggie Doughtery Howard and Rachel Hill.
- The Wave’s 2023 NWSL Draft picks Sierra Enge, Giovanna DeMarco and Lauren Brzykcy will also be in attendance.
